By downloading, installing, or using PrankStation ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the app.

1. What the app is

PrankStation is a macOS entertainment app that plays pranks on the user's own Mac when the user sets it up. Pranks include jumpscare videos, sound effects, screen effects, and more. The app is designed for harmless fun between consenting friends.

2. Responsible use

You are solely responsible for how you use PrankStation. By using the app you agree to:

• Only run pranks on Macs you own or have explicit permission to use.
• Not use the app to harass, stalk, scare to injury, or damage relationships.
• Not use the app in workplaces, public spaces, or situations where a prank could cause real harm (e.g., emergencies, medical settings, operating vehicles).
• Consider the wellbeing of the person being pranked. Some people have conditions that make jumpscares dangerous (heart conditions, PTSD, anxiety, etc.). When in doubt, don't prank.

3. No warranty

PrankStation is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will work perfectly on every Mac or every macOS version. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app — including but not limited to: damaged relationships, lost employment, emotional distress of prank victims, or loss of data.

4. Payments and refunds

PrankStation Pro is sold directly through our website. Refunds are handled by Gumroad per their policy — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

5. Intellectual property

PrankStation is copyrighted by its developer. You receive a license to use the app, not ownership of it. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.

6. Jumpscare content

PrankStation does not include or distribute prank video content. You supply your own video files. You are solely responsible for any copyright or content concerns with videos you select.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
